Take the Ashbourne Road out of Strathalbyn off West Terrace. Proceed up Ashbourne Road for 7 km. After passing Dogtrap Road on the right look out for big pine trees and a white gate. Windrush Cottage is set back from the road about 50 metres and is hidden amongst the trees. If you get to the Sunnydale Road/Cox Road intersection and the Strathalbyn Golf Course on the left you have gone too far!
